Out of straws, manager got very disrespectful to me when I suggested they take petty cash and buy them from GFS cause they’ve been out the last 2 times I took family there. I asked for the owners contact number she told me no you can’t have it then proceeded to tell me if I don’t like it don’t come back, her employees looked shocked at me, I’ve never been back, contacted corporate they said they would pass info to franchise owner which of course I got no response. I’ve been a chef for 37 years i would have never disrespected someone paying their hard earned cash at my establishment. I now drive farther to another JJ’s

I have lived in this area my whole life and today I was accosted by a blonde Jimmy Johns employee while she smoked a cigarette. She told me I cannot park in the Jimmy Johns spot while dining at the restaurant next door even though Jimmy Johns wasn’t even open yet. If these spaces are reserved for Jimmy John’s customers, why are they being used for employee smoke breaks?

Placed an order at 9:31am and it was confirmed for 11:15am delivery. 12:00pm rolls around and I attempt to call as it hasn’t been delivered yet. I get put on hold for 15 minutes. I hang up and try again, then before I can get a word in, I get put on hold for another 17 minutes. Finally I hang up again, and call back. Someone lets me get a word in. Only asks for my address, and I ask to cancel. They just say ” okay, bye,” and hang up on me. Waiting to ensure it is completely cancelled so I get my money back. No lunch, only frustration. They were so quick to put me on hold I couldn’t even get a word in edgewise. So frustrated. Will not be back.

An order was placed and order delivered. Then the driver called back and said that she had given one too many soft in the order and needed one of them back. I was given three soft drinks. I asked which one it was. She told me and I went to meet her and give her the one soft drink back. After the food was delivered to a person at our company, was told that there should have been 3 drinks in the order. I then called back the driver and told her that there should have been 3 soft drinks and which one I should have gotten. She stated that would I like a free bag of chips or a cookie for free since the order got mixed up. I told her to just put which ever since I did make the order. I told her to call when she was near and I would meet her at the entrance. She said that it might be a little bit as I guess she was on her way to deliver other orders. She delivered the food at 12:42 and the last time I talked with her was when I called at 12:46. Never heard back from her. Felt like she really didn’t care if we got the other soft drink in the order at all.

Came here when I came in the worker was sitting on the floor and he was foaming at the mouth and had sores all over him, didn’t feel comfortable eating my food and threw it away.

Ordered here twice recently and BOTH times took over an hour for delivery. The first time the driver wreaked of cigarette smoke and so my sandwich also smelled of cigarettes. The 2nd time the sandwich was missing about a 3rd of the meat on it. We won’t be ordering from this location again.

Do not order delivery much less food from here. I have ordered in and delivery multiple times. I have never got a delivery in less than 90 mins. I have been a resident close by for 10 years. I have ordered in the morning, per-scheduled delivery times, at non peak times and it doesn’t matter. I have tried this location for delivery multiple times. About every 6 months I try, again thinking maybe something has changed as I live close, work close and this would be very convenient. This is one of the worst Jimmy John’s I have ordered from or been to. I wish when I ordered delivery I could get it from a different Jimmy John’s. I would suggest hiring more delivery people or maybe don’t offer a service you cannot perform even acceptably.

I placed an order for delivery ( 1 sandwich) at 7:03pm. No update on the app for about 45 mins, and then would update my estimated delivery time every minute. At 8:15pm I received a call from the store and they informed that they were cancelling my order since they were completely out of bread and had no delivery drivers. That would have been no problem, just wondering why it took over an hour for someone from the store to call me.
