Restaurant was dirty (floors and tables), service was slow and our order was incorrectly filled. It took over 20 minutes from placing our order to receiving food (3 sandwiches and fries). Maybe the restaurant was short staffed. They also forgot bacon on my burger. I decided to give up on correcting my order after they ran out of lids at the drink station and also forgot one of my sandwiches when filling my order. I recommend going further down the road to Huntsville Arby’s.

Came on July 20, around 7:00 pm, there was some teenagers hanging around with a snake, coming in the restaurant & showing it to the employees, they seemed to be friends, one of the employees held it, I just hope she washed her hands after that. Food was good.

Waited more than 30 minutes in line to order, and I only have a 30 minute lunch. Workers were standing around and going out to smoke instead of working. Then to top it all off, got my order wrong. Never again! New management please!

Was dining in restaurant. I have an autistic child. He had a melt down and started acting out threw his drink. This mother went to the manager to explain to her was was going on. The manager comment back oh okay cause we were about to restrain him because of how he is acting.

I am so impressed by the team members working this evening. They literally took customers until the last minute and did not rush the orders or complain. The drive through worker kept his composure with a rude group and still finished everyone else up with a smile and a compliment.

I ask for the 2 for $7 fish sandwich without tater sauce and lettuce. I told them that I just wanted Arby’s liquid sauce and mayo on both. I got slice cheese instead and both fish sandwich was cold to the touch. The person that took my order didn’t now what they were doing he said he put in a spicy roast beef instead of the fish sandwich. Was at the speaker for 5 minutes before going to the window. They charge me $9.17 $1.40 for cheese I didn’t get and cold fish sandwiches. Tried to call but no one answered.
