Locked the doors at 8:40pm even though their sign said 9:00pm. So I had to go through the drive through for my counter pickup order. They had to ask me twice what my order was and then gave me the wrong soft drink. There is always a long line so I couldn’t even go back through the drive through to get my order right. Thankfully my sandwich was right since I hadn’t customized it. Every time I go they get something wrong. I think they are very understaffed at all times.
