Good sandwiches but sooooo slow through the drive through. Please UPDATE your hours sticker on the drive though window. It says you are open until 10, but when we came last time at 9:30 you were closed. Dad was disappointed.

I visited this location on 04/11 around 4 pm. Was looking for something quick for me and my kids. The drive thru was packed which was surprising with all the things you hear about Arby’s on Twitter. The inside was very cleaned compared to my last visit about a year ago so I was pleasantly surprised. The service was not the fastest but one thing I wanted to commend was that the one manager that was there appeared to be walking around with what looked like the health inspector stopped his conversation with her and went to bag and hand out multiple orders and even dealt with a customer that was being a complete jerk and did it with a smile on his face. I have been the restaurant business for over 15 years and I know the one thing you do not do as a manager is leave the health inspector. Just wanted to commend this staff for doing such a great job. You very rarely see a comment when people are actually doing their job plus the sweet heat sandwich was amazing. You go guys.

Superior customer service experience this evening. I wanted to give high recognition to the man in the drive thru, I believe his name was Jonathan. My husband and I just stopped by the drive thru right before closing at 7:51pm (receipt DT317). We were greeted immediately & courteously, and even thanked for our business. We apologized for ordering so late (10 minutes before closing) and he could not have been more polite to us! Repeated our order back to us, asked us to kindly pull up so he could then bring the food out to our car (with the Jersey license plate). Even asked us if we wanted any sauces & went happily back inside to grab us a variety of them. Sir, we both thank you!! This is how it’s done folks. I’m constantly observing customer service at all establishments and his was executed to perfection. 100%. A+++

What a horrible Arby’s now! Staff is miserable and takes it out on you and food is slow and tastes stale. Went today and the drive thru line was backed up around the building. The lady who took my order was so rude. She kept cutting me off when I was talking acting like she didn’t even want to be working today. When I got to the window, she didn’t answer any of my questions I asked about my order. Then I had to wait 10 minutes, in the drive thru, for my order. That’s why they were backed up around the building! I got home and the buns were stale and the meat was beyond greasy! Never again!

For some reason people don’t seem to do Arby’s that much. Not sure if it’s the price or what but, you can’t beat an Arby’s roast beef sandwich and curly fries. The cheese sticks are a welcome surprise from a fast food joint.

this morning on friday, may 19th about 11 o’clock in the morning I went here and got a number 5 on the menu and all the staff was utterly amazing the food was cooked to perfection and most of all THE CURLY FRIES. I appreciate the meal dearly and believe that those men and women need a raise for going unnoticed

Just went thru the drive through.sodas flat taste like carbonated water,frys were nasty like they been sitting all day cheese all over the sandwich wrapper from getting the beef and cheddar paid over 40.00 for my order will not be going back.

Terrible. This ghetto trash serves meat that does not taste like any other Arby’s I have eaten at. I went here twice on different weeks/ time to rule out user error, but each time it is gross it does not taste like roast beef and the curly fries are not curly. 0/5 go to CFA right beside it…
