The place was clean and average as far as cost is concerned. The food (Beef & Cheddar) was cool, the sandwich was taken back and replaced with a lukewarm sandwich. This is the 4th or 5th time that we’ve eaten here and I can honestly say that I’ve eaten at other Arby’s that was much better tasting and served hot, and only a few that was worse. The cheese sticks were tasty and hot though.

Seriously? Who looks at lettuce like this and says “eh I’ll thrown it on anyway, they won’t notice.” Disgusting. I wouldn’t bother with a bad review like this if it hadn’t been for a friends recent experience at this same Arby’s. He ordered a chicken sandwich that was completely raw in the middle! Get your stuff together Tahlequah! You’re going to make people sick!

It is a bit expensive, but you should try this hidden menu item, the ‘Meat Mountain’. This location does it justice. Has every meat Arby’s serves… including chicken tenders! So much to it, that it can easily become two or even three meals.

Arby’s=great commercials and sub-par food. I haven’t tried Arby’s in 20-plus years. My previous experience was the same. I got the roast beef and cheddar back then and it was boring and definitely not what I would call a premium sandwich. I decided to give it another try today. I got the roasted turkey bacon ranch sandwich. I had to take the sandwich back because there was no cheese and the ranch was a tiny drop smaller than a penny. The new sandwich had the cheese but the sandwich was still so dry I had to choke it down with my tea. I wanted to leave this review on Arby’s corporate/main website since this seems to be a company-wide issue not just the one I dined at today. Perhaps Arby’s should spend less on advertising with James Earl Jones and more on product research and development. My 3-year-old granddaughter could make a better sandwich.
