They got the order right and brought it out quickly but it went downhill from there. My coke-0 was flat so i re-ordered an unsweet tea and the tea was spoiled. And they also charge for refills…yeah. But the kid at the door bless his heart, he offered to pay for it himself when he heard the problem. Also my kid said that his chicken was hard as a rock. My wife emailed the GM and we wont be back.

It’s Sonic nothing special. This post is just to say how great the service was. The guy working drive through was awesome. I added some stuff at the window and I apologized. This dude said for what, I asked if he needed me to pull up he said heck no. Then said ur the customer and you’re my priority now. The people behind u will be fine, they’ll be the priority when they get to the window. Just felt like that was cool.

I live in this town, and I keep coming to this sonic, but I have absolutely no idea why. The waitis beyond insane. It doesn’t matter what you order, you’re going to be spending a long, LONG time waiting. Better adjust your plans accordingly if you really want that corn dog. Presently waiting 30 minutes for two drinks a pretzel twist and some tots.

This is the 2nd time my cheeseburger came with 2 bottom buns instead of 1 top and 1 bottom, like a normal sandwich. I always put up with the slow service and never felt the need to write a review about them but their complacency around these buns is quite irritating though. While I’m at it, this sonic an awful drive-thru design that gets most of the cars in pull-in spots stuck when the drive-thru line exceeds 6 cars. I’ve also bought a sonic burger before that for came on stale/hard buns, it was inedible but I didn’t realize until I was all the way home.

Only one star. They took the order wrong, didn’t bring half the food we ordered, we had to order twice. My steak n bacon grilled cheese did not have the jalapeños i ordered on it. I asked for spicy. Just a poor experience over all. We won’t be back

Left before receiving our order. Went to a stall and ordered a chocolate milkshake and a blast. We waited 40 minutes and still did not get our order so we left. The car next to us left without their order as well, they were the car that made us leave after waiting so long. Went to Cookout across the street for a cheaper and better dessert. Will not return to Sonic
