Honestly, the quickest most efficient and best service I’ve ever had a high-volume Dunkin location. Every time I came to this location, there was a huge drive thru line and at least five people waiting inside to place an order. Every time I walked in, I was taken care of expeditiously and had my food within 5 minutes of ordering. I spent no more than 10 minutes at the store total every time I came.

I go every morning. If you order for a drive-through pick up, make sure you go through the drive-through because if you go inside, they will not make eye contact with you and ignore you until you make yourself known other than that the staff is very nice.

I was in this coffee shop today simply to work on my laptop. The employees who work here are spectacular, Monica Blake, Ashley Amanda are only a few names that I heard while my time in the coffee shop. Everyone was encouraging, one another working together, teamwork, reminding each other about orders and attention to detail. They were friendly to the customers, fast and efficient with their food. I know there are other employees of whose name I do not know this is probably one of the nicest locations. In the service industry, these employees deserve to be recognized for their positive joyful attitude as they served customers with a smile! Please give them a bonus! This was on September 2 at 11 AM at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Okatie.

Ordered as a walk-in on the app because curbside was unavailable. After it already accepted my order and payment, when I got to the store, walk in was closed. So I then got in the drive thru line because I’ve already paid, however, this is making me late to work. Very unsatisfied with the customer service and the lack of communication. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue at this location and will not be returning!
