I went on a Saturday morning and no one was around, which is fine by me because I wanted to sit and stay a while. Service was really nice and quick and staff was very friendly. The food was much better than expected, I could tell care went into my wrap as it was well made. Music is a tad loud in the lobby, but I don’t think most would notice.

If I could rate this place, I would give them a zero. I have no idea who was taking our order duringthe nightshift, but she kept asking if that would complete your order, and when we had one more order to place, she got upset on the intercom.

we came here at about 6pm on a thursday and pulled up to the drive-through. a voice that sounded an awful lot like a real person said the scripted introduction greeting and we asked for a minute to look at the menu. then when we were ready to order no one was there. we realized it was an automated voice recording and that there was nobody actually there to take our order. google says it is open until 9pm. where are all the employees? why keep this location open if nobody is going to be there to take orders?

Worst experience ever. This is the second day in a row where I have gone to Arby’s asked for fresh food, waited and then gotten the complete opposite. Yesterday I took it back and got a refund. Today I didn’t even bother. My sandwich was so sloppy it was honey mustard smeared all over the inside of my bag and my cup of cheese sauce was missing that I was definitely charged for. I always get the same thing so I know what’s fresh and what’s not. I’m extremely disappointed and don’t recommend anyone go there. The shift manger was extremely rude and flat out lied saying that my food was fresh.
