The food is McDonald’s… so it was consistent. Fries were hot and drunks were cold. We were inside, and they had a box fan running on the floor. We had to yell at a kid before he put his hand in the fan blades. I told them they almost had a serious problem with kid almost losing fingers in their exposed fan. They did not seem too concerned.

Quit eating there several months ago because of the way the food is made. Tried it again today and it’s worse. Fish sandwich with 1/2 piece of cheese and Big Mac looks as if they cut a patti in half and slopped everything together. Everything cold and the oil on fries was starting to congeal. Folks, I’m tired of this! Nothing looks like pictures and they get how much an hour?

Would have given more stars if not for the service. They called out my order twice while I was filling up my drink and they were going to give it away but luckily another customer let them know I was coming. Then a customer in front of me was trying to order an espresso and when he asked for someone else specifically she got irritated and said I know what I’m doing I’ve been here for 12 years and then proceeded to loudly talk about the customer to another coworker while they prepped other orders. Ridiculous.

Waited 10 minutes at the counter for service and nobody ever acknowledged my presence while employees were walking past me. I ended up placing an order on the kiosk. Then once my food was given to me I had to wait another 5 minutes for someone else to acknowledge my presence to give me my drink cup.

The food sucked and the employee taking my order sounded like she just didn’t want to be there, just sounded like it was all she could do to even talk to me over the speaker. When the young lady handed me the food at the second window, I looked and the fries were not full so I handed it back and ask her to fill the fries up and still didn’t fill up the other order. I guess they’re trying to make money by not giving you your food that you order and PAY FOR!!! I work for my money just like everyone else does.

We got two McChickens for $3.29. Ordering was easy enough through the drive-through, and we got our order quickly when we pulled up to the second window. Service was quick and effective. The food itself was as expected, consistent with many other McChickens that we have had.
