Food was good but service and employees were terrible. So I got there 10:25am I waited until 10:30 for them to open once it was 10:30 I went inside and a lady yelled in a rude manner “ we are not open yet” so I went out again and then a guy just walks in and they said nothing to him so I go back inside and waited 12 mins for someone to come and take the order!!

The employees think it’s funny that they have no meats cooked with a line out the door and almost down the side walk. They handiling the food without gloves, cursing and they have no food prepped!! The only employee who had a sense of urgency was the blk male with the lashes and beautiful makeup. He needs a raise. It’s like he was babysitting. I don’t want them unruly teens with dirty hands and no respect to handle my food. Ever. This location will get shut down watch…

My wife and I came to get a burrito. When we got there we were the only people ordering so it wasn’t busy. The black woman who made my burrito either didn’t know how to wrap a burrito or she just rushed mine even though it was dead slow. I didn’t even get double portions just rice, steak, veggies (which I also feel she didn’t put enough at all) a little cheese sauce and salsa yet as soon as I unwrapped the foil my burrito completely fell apart. I had to get a bowl to eat my burrito. Please train her again.

Worst chipotle in the area, the burrito bowls are not like they used to be. They barely put anything into the burrito bowls, the staff was rushing like they had somewhere else to go just an all around bad experience. No worth your time or hard earned money.

This is the nastiest filthiest location I’ve ever been to. I actually got slight food poisoning the other day after I ate. The employees that make the bowls are stingy the chips were stale and overly salted yet greasy and yuck the entire kitchen where the food is being prepared is absolutely disgusting!!! Customer service is terrible! I would never order from this location again

Chips were stale and there was more than a cup of sour cream on a single bowl. The person making our quesadilla put WAY too much cheese, the manager saw and still served the sickening amount to us. The staff were nice but it took way too long.
