Finally made it to this establishment after passing by on several occasions and seeing their sign. Since this was my first visit, I wanted to try a variety of items on the menu so I ordered the half a rack of ribs and the three meat ( chicken, pork belly & brisket) platter with cornbread. The food was just okay. Portion was obviously small which is understandable for the price.

We had our event for 50 people catered by Sweet Blue Smoke and absolutely enjoyed everything!! We ordered Pull pork, Brisket, Smoked chopped chicken, sides and a variety of sauces. I tried everything and for me the brisket was amazing!! The signature sauces are above remarkable (especially the bee-sting). The staff and owners were easy to coordinate everything with and do minimal advertising but the place is always bringing people in from miles away.

Brought in our family of nine while on vacation. Excellent food, great presentation, service strong and prompt. Steve was a fantastic host, and it was great to see the brisket coming off the smoker outside. The sauces were especially good with an excellent variety of options. Our only disappointment was we’re tried this late and won’t have another chance to visit before we depart tomorrow! Next time we’re in the area, we’re visiting!

Finally made it to Sweet Blue Smoke and it did not disappoint! We did a couple of the meat platters with random sides. The chicken, brisket, pulled pork, and pork belly were amazing! The smokiness of the meats was not overpowering at all, so even the folks that are not fans of smokey meats will love it! The sides we liked the most were collard greens, green beans, baked beans, and the mac and cheese. The potatoe salad was good but needs a little kick and more crunch, just my two cents. We grabbed a few of the sauce varieties and we loved them all. The house sauce was my favorite and the hubby loved the mustard sauce. The blueberry one I was skeptical about, but it was actually very yummy. Cannot wait to go back and definitely cannot wait for the ribs they will be adding in the future! We dug in before taking photos.

Odd experience. The staff was not too helpful to new customers. It was fine for a lunchtime or extremely casual place to eat. The food was great. I thought the portions were small compared to what I am used to.

Just had them for the first time. I had a pulled pork sandwich and small Mac and cheese for $16. Was a little drawn back on the price but figured it would be good. But, nope. Far from good. The pork was dry. tough and flavorless without sauce. I got their regular BBQ and vinegar. Both were underwhelming to say the least. Finally, the Mac and cheese tasted like it came out of a bag and dumped into a pot to heat up. Would not recommend.

I read the reviews and was excited to try a local bbq spot but unfortunately it was a disappointment. Apparently they are known for great sides but all my sides were not good at all. The potato salad was unseasoned and I only took one bit and threw it away. The Mac and cheese is decent but again no seasoning. The blueberry cornbread was gridy and dry. Even with butter it was not good at all. My husband was very disappointed with the cornbread because he ate here before and said they must’ve switched the recipe because it tasted completely different and even a different shape. The pulled chicken sandwich and the pork belly was amazing. So basically if I just want meat, I will return because that’s all we enjoyed.

Got the 2 Meat Plate and man was it great! The brisket and the pork were very juicy. I paired it with the homemade horseradish sauce, and it elevated the dish even more! Side of coleslaw and potato salad were great as well. Can’t wait to go back!

I had the large pork sandwich on a pretzel roll. Very large portion of meat. The bun was extra tasty. I highly recommend trying this place out.
