Very pleasant employees and friendly. The service is good and they are good about getting drinks done quickly, even when busy. The food is of decent value for that of a coffee shop. The sausage, egg, and cheese croissant is my favorite for the price. The store is clean and they worked their butts off while still smiling, especially on a holiday.

I don’t typically leave bad reviews on places but this Dunkin location has time and time again disappointed. The sandwiches are rarely warmed up or toasted, the drinks are never all the way full, and the service is usually subpar. The workers seem to hate their jobs and it reflects on how they interact with customers. I avoid this Dunkin at all costs, the one by Gate 4 and inside Fort Campbell are way better and more efficient.

Workers are polite but woefully understaffed. Constantly out of main menu items. If you’re open until 7 and run out of stock by 2pm you’re doing it wrong. Also gotta add … when you order a bagel sandwich and get a breakfast burrito… someone isn’t expediting the orders. Management really needs to get it together with training

The worst customer service experience ! I wait 48 secs and no one says anything so I thought maybe the speaker was broken.. but I am NOT MAD about the wait again I just thought something was wrong. When I pull to the windows and ask if the speaker working the working give attitude and just says “you were only waiting bc 48 secs” “we short staffed”.. how was I supposed to know? Then just walk off from the window so I went in to order. By this time I’ve decided im not going to let her ruin my energy.. now she won’t take my order she sends someone else and goes call her manager on the phone.. and then the food was nasty ! Stay home if you don’t want to work! At least the other worker was decent enough to work with. But never going to this Dunkin again..

This location of Dunkin’ Donuts in town is conveniently located off of I-24 and in a very busy area. Staff are attentive and very friendly. The owner is polite and aware of any issues, and ready to quickly resolve them. Service is fast and accurate.

I am giving a 1 start because this is the second time I have paid for the GRILLED cheese tomato pesto sandwich and it was not cooked at all. I even asked the girl to make sure it was cooked and it still was not. It’s nasty, I should not have to bring it home and cook it my self. I also get the apple fritters and they are not fully cooked in the middle. The 1 start is because the workers are nice.

They was cool til forgot about me and when they realized they forgot about after serving everyone that came after me they quickly made my coffee and didn’t even mix it and handed to me. Which it was absolutely disgusting FML but my roommate liked his egg and cheese croissant that he smashed and got tired of sitting there waiting for my one lil coffee….

The past three visits I went to this location they was out of both of the items I wanted to order and then the last time I visited this location I was told they’re preparing no food. Orderd just a few minutes ago. Out of plain bagels so i decided id get a breakfast sandwich and 2 wraps, Didnt get one of my breakfast wraps, my breakfast sandwhich ( egg,cheese and bacon) had nothing but bacon no egg and no cheese and i only got 21 donut holes of the 25 that i ordered. This is unacceptable service.
