It’s not the best but they are short staffed like every other place and they do their best with what they have. People just need to chill out! I saw someone infront of me order then leave before paying and getting their food. I had to be the one to tell the workers the car took off. RUDE! They some rude jerk behind me was cussing at me because they didn’t have the drinks I wanted so I had to find something else for us. Then he took off yelling at me.

They have a 2 lane drive thru. One car was ahead of me at the window. I waited 10 minutes only for a person in the other drive thru to pull right up and get his order taken before mine. My big fish meal was cold and tasted old. I wanted to take it back but I had to be at work.

They gave one worker with a speech impediment that is awesome and very friendly. I usually go here on my lunch break and I work seconds so that’s at about 9:30. Every other worker though takes forever to do anything. I swear I sat there for 20 minutes on my 30 minute lunch break when I was the only person in drive-thru it was crazy and the food wasn’t even that great. The only thing that saved this place is that one worker.

The service here is terrible, I go in drivethrew like once a week, 90 percent of the time my order will be wrong or have missing items. Not sure why they keep hiring toddlers. Last time I got 2 things of nuggets and 2 cookies. They forgot a whole bag of nuggets. Must be hard counting to 4 at times. I was also charged for all items to have some missing on several occasions. Be sure to check your bag upon leaving this place.

We waited for 5 minutes, never got a response. So we pulled up to the window and employees walked by the window but wouldn’t open it to speak to us. We waited there for another 5 minutes only to be ignored. We ended up driving away since there was an actual customer behind us that paid for their food, they were acknowledged. This happened December 8, 2022 around 6pm. We went to Arby’s and had a much better experience.
