Went into this shop for some meat and canned goods. Bought some hot and sweet sausage. Should have checked the date on each, but I trusted that if it was on the shelf it would still be good. Opened the hot sausage, and experienced a very foul smell. The sausage was labeled to be good until March 17, although it had been packaged on March 10, was purchased on March 15. How long would you be comfortable having raw meat in your fridge? Will not be going back.
