First time, lots to choose. Everything looks so good want to try more. What we did order was the Roasted Duck With Noodles, “Duck soup” plus it was crispy and Lanzhou Beef noodles. Pork dumplings, chicken Shumai also a bun with a sweet custard inside. The flavors weren’t overwhelming, but we will save the spicy stuff for the next trip.

EDIT: we were confronted on our way out by a rude server who loudly said, “No tip?!” She actually blocked our way and said it very loudly, creating a scene. We told her, yup, that’s right, tips are for good service, and we explained all of the issues we had. This place is a JOKE.

One of the best Chinese style roast duck I’ve had. The Chinese dishes are very delicious as well fresh and authentic. Went again 10/2/2022 the staff is great the food still taste good like before this place is consistent with their quality recommended for anyone craving good Chinese food.

Excellent Chinese traditional noodle dishes. The shaved and hand made noodles are deliciously made and a wonderful array of toppings are available from a few different types of mushroom to spicy chicken or braised pork. The contemporary interior decor brings a sophisticated dining experience with brick and open ceiling and exposed spiral duct. I will definitely be returning again, to eat here, as there are several other dishes I’d like to try.

Went to the Noodle man because my usual spot was completely packed. The noodle man, being somewhere so close to such a popular restaurant was pretty empty. We received it immediately, the service was impeccable, the food and drinks were amazing, the selection was the perfect size with all the best dishes. Everything was fresh. The only problem is they don’t serve alcohol 🙂 I was very impressed with the quality of the food and I can’t believe that they do not get more service at the 5:00 rush hour. The place was a six out of five!
