I used the drive through to order their new BLT chicken ranch sandwich. The staff member was very friendly, the food arrived quickly, hot and fresh. The sandwich was aesthetically pleasing and I was excited to try it. However, I must be the only southerner in the world who does not like ranch. I knew ordering the sandwich I was taking a risk with the ranch. Next time I will try it minus the ranch adding mayonnaise. The bacon portion of the sandwich was nice and thick, and there was plenty of bacon to cover the breast, very satisfying. Only a single tomato, but it was large enough. Also, I would like to add that I received a 10% discount for being a healthcare worker. Way to go Hardee’s!

Staff working the front registers were scary and disorganized. Very few ppl in the store and they still gave me the wrong order. I watched as they seemed so confused about which sandwich was in each wrapper. They opened each and dug thru the sandwiches. Gross.

DON’T COME HERE. Got order wrong two times in a row. Then the third time we asked for a 5 pc combo, which they charged us for and realized when we got home they only gave us 3. And the worst part is something was wrong with the tea and almost made my brother and boyfriend throw up trying it. They said it tasted like they put salt instead of sugar. Will never ever come here again.
