The poorest customer service. I walked in order a hot and ready pizza, they didn’t have any ready, but Tyler B. That took my order stated that they could have it ready in 10 minutes. Fine dandy I paid for it($7.17), ran across the street got gas came back. I lean into the door, dude is stacking pizza boxes, messing with the trash can. I tell in ask how long until the Upchurch order would be done (thinking the girl working with him might be cutting it) he literally does what our 1 year old does “HUH?” pulling an ear bud out of his ear where he’s listening to music instead of working. He then looks and just puts our pizza into the oven. By this time I am seeing RED. I have a crying 1year old that is expecting pizza, and been busy on the road half the day. So I tell him “OH NO I WANT A REFUND.” it’s 8:34pm by this time I am getting madder by the minute with a screaming baby in my ear. No apologies or anything like I’m the bad person for wanting a refund. The boy(not a man by any means!) Goes get the girl and she does the refund. I informed her I would not be back! I feel bad for the girl she’s probably had to fix his ignorance all evening. Pictures of my receipts for time stamps.

I went in to order cheesy bread. A short-statured man with glasses came around from the back, took my order, then took my cash and gave me change. He then went back to the back with a paper with my order on it. I don’t know what he did with it.

Tried Lil Ceasars when Pizza Hut was closed. It was fast and inexpensive. Good service. And pizza was just fine. Had not eaten this pizza in a long while. It was pretty good in a pinch.

I went inside to place my order and there was nobody at the counter to help me because all the employees was in the back and then I was finally noticed after standing there 5 minutes. I ordered two pan pizzas, one original pepperoni and the other supreme. I live 30 minutes away so when I got home and took a bite out of the supreme you can imagine how surprised I was because the pizza dough wasn’t fully cooked and was extremely doughy.

Great place, good food, doesnt take long for them to cook, mostly clean and there’s seats for you to sit in while you wait for your pizza, but I have one complaint, the staff can be really rude or really nice. I rate it 4 stars because it’s cheap and the food is great.
