I’m not sure how much Mike Luke and Carson are paid but dang they need a Bonus ! I ordered 30 minutes before closing and everyone knows that’s questionable at any restaurant. THESE DUDES KILLED IT !!! prices were very cheap considering these Awesome ingredients and this is now my hands down my new go to pizza spot ! Would love to talk with the owner on my podcast when we highlight local small businesses!

Mercury pizza is normally on point. But this one day, I was getting off work and ordered a Butcher to go. And this is what I got. Please look at the picture. No cheese dollops and the meat isn’t even distributed evenly. Why is the quality going down…?

I ordered a gluten free crust and it is almost burnt all the way. The pineapple slices are ridiculously huge and the prices have gone way up since last time I ordered. I will not be ordering again

Consistently great food and service – I order from here at least once a week. The pepperoni with mushroom can’t be beat and the garlic breadsticks are so good! Owners are highly involved and take pride in Mercury and it shows.

Writing this review genuinely hurts my heart because I loved Mercury Pizza ever since we moved here a few years ago. I learned the hard way their menu changed when I called to place my usual order and it went from $7.70 including tax to $13 and change. I understand we live in a world that is constantly having to increase prices, but I was floored it nearly doubled. I canceled my order that day because of it, but my husband and I ordered today for a lunch date because we love it so much. It’s our first time eating it since their menu changed, and quite frankly, it was awful. I can’t speak for my husband’s pizza, but mine felt like I was eating pizza on crackers. It was unusually thin and overly crispy. The chewy crust I love so much was instead crispy and hollow on the inside. There was barely any sauce on it despite having asked for extra sauce on top. Even my husband said mine was terrible. Today could’ve been a fluke, but due to my disappointment and the considerable raise in prices, I’m not sure I’ll ever find out.

The pepperoni and mushroom pizza will forever be a thing I think about for the rest of my life. It’s amazing having a local pizzeria here in town that makes everything from scratch and cares about their product. The recent update of the dining room and menu is a true testament to their dedication to serving the best products in town. The specials they serve are always 10/10, especially the Street Taco Pizza they are serving right now!

We eat here often because the pizza is great… today the service was just terrible! We were dining in, the girl threw our pizza on our table and took off… had to chase her down for Parmesan and red pepper! Then had to ask for a knife and fork, none out in the dining room! Ate the pizza off the box… never had that happen before either. Great pizza… AWFUL service

This is excellent pizza. Had the sausage and garlic, BBQ, Pepperoni and a Cheese. All exceeded expectations. Hand made crust and fresh ingredients. Staff was excellent as well. Highly recommended.

The ingredients look and taste great. Really nice smoked ham in particular. Next time I will ask for my pizza to be cooked longer as this one was raw and doughy in the middle. I baked it in my oven for 10 minutes at 400- it was better but the cheese never did melt.
