Have always been happy with my orders from this location, but today I ordered through the app. My quesadilla is burnt and folded like a burrito and my rice is missing, You can only order the quesadilla through the app, I assume to give them time to make it. Apparently it didn’t give them enough time to do it right.

Stopped in for lunch today and while the food was good, the woman behind the counter met my friend and I with nothing but an attitude. I honestly feel bad for the gentleman working the cash register, because even though he was helpful and polite, he still has to work with the other employees bad attitude all day. Will not be back.

Been living in Roanoke my whole life, 25 years. Today I was told that a chicken burrito with guac added is somehow $14.07. And this time (B)oe (J)iden wasn’t specifically to blame. Been going to this location since it was built. I jog by it on a regular basis. The staff have NEVER before “B.S.ed” me at this location like they did today.

I always eat here and this has changed my mind of coming back. Never seen this place look so nasty. It was busy at all it was just two people in line me and another person. Very disappointed, my husband and I orders were not received correctly, both orders were missing sauces and the burrito tasted terrible, I payed 18 bucks for the burrito and chips and the burrito was mostly all rice I didn’t get enough meat nor Romain salad. The chips tasted stale.

I have eaten Chipotle for years. Normally I go through the line then take home. I was in the area so I ordered pickup. It’s about half the amount of the bowls you get when you are standing there asking for what you want. What a horrible way to do business. Just because someone isn’t there they are still paying for the same meal. I’m pretty irritated. So. Very. Irritated! Boy I wish I had my tip back.

If you want to experience the worse customer service of Chipotle in town, do visit this location. It used to be an amazing crew, but I guess like many businesses the labor crisis hit them not having another choice than hiring “whoever” . Not just that my bowl was overflowing, but the lady who served my food was in such a hurry and mood that closed the lid twice before I was done. Then when I asked lettuce she asked me if I was okay with the scraps left in the container, like barely 4 to 6 bad pieces…She served all the food throwing it into the bowl just like it was anything but FOOD! I am sure that some customers appreciate the extra food, but at some point use your sense for when the client will have to open it and eat it. I give it 1 star just because the food was good. ZERO stars for the working crew and MINUS ZERO stars for the mean and careless young lady who prepared my bowl…*I should mention that I was the only one in line, so her sense of hurry and rudeness was totally unnecessary! *
