I’ve been using this location off and on for about 4 years and have decided to swear it off indefinitely. Order to finish times are consistently over an hour, and I’ve waited beyond an hour past the ready time more than once. The food is fine when it finally comes out, but unfortunately you’ll wait the entire day to get it as it doesn’t seem to matter if you order during peak times or not. They’ll tell you it’s a new system that causes the issues, but it’s been an issue with the ‘new system’ for the several years that I’ve had problems with this location. I do not recommend.

I ordered 2 pasta special and a large pizza using the online app at about 7 pm. It took over an hour to deliver the order. The delivery lady apologized and said they were swamped.The pizza was cold and both pastas were wrong. I tried to call and get a refund or a corrected delivery for the pasta. After a couple of minutes of maneuvering through the options finally got to call the store. It rang 10 or 15 times and then a disconnect. I waited 20 minutes and tried again. Same result. I waited another 20 minutes an tried again. Disconnect. Not a happy camper.

I ordered a large stuffed crust pineapple and ham pizza for me and my son tonight, along with cheese sticks. I received my cheese sticks and my soda that I had ordered but received a pizza that had sausage mushrooms and pepperoni on it. Tried calling the store over and over to let them know about it multiple times and they would not answer. I will never order from them again. My receipt even shows what I ordered on it

They now outsource their delivery duties to door dash, where you are charged a $4.99 delivery fee that does not go to the driver, so after tip you are paying ~50% of the invoice for a large pizza to delivery charges. Food arrived 30 minutes later than eta because door dash driver made several other stops while my order sat in their vehicle without any type of insulated packaging being used. Food was lukewarm when delivered.

I get a text about a promo of a BOGO Large Pizza. We call the number on Google for that location and place an order for 2 pizzas. Drive down to pick up and they tell us they don’t have the order, the number is just an answering service that doesn’t speak for their location and they were extremely rude and would not honor the text THEY SENT ME for the offer. Avoid at all cost terrible

Ordered delivery. They charged me pu. Had to reorder for delivery still no pizza after2 hours. Called automated service saud pizza ready for pick up. Call to speak with person 29 times ….no answer. Had to call bank and dispute birh charges. Milanos next time for sure

I received a message that door dash is delivering my order when I ordered directly from pizza hut. The tracking delivery time kept going up, needless to say it took 40 minutes after my pizza was picked up to receive it. Now I have cold pizza. Will not be ordering from pizza hut again.

This store has become the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been too!!! The quality and service could not be any worse. Just picked up a couple of pizzas. Took a look in the box before I left to make sure it was right. The pizza was all over the place. One slice under the rest of the pizza. When I showed it to the two at the counter they just looked at me and said nothing
