Have real problems getting an order correct. This location is STILL drive up only, so shopping your options is out. At least one or two employees either have a short fuse, or the fast pace does not fit their personality. However, there are at least a couple employees who go out of their way to get everything straight. All in all, the experience could be better, but not bad enough to avoid this site. Really hope they improve, so they can stay in business.

Compelled to put up this post reflecting a poor review unfortunately – I’m a frequent patroon of DD’s and when traveling thru FRG and always order a bagel with extra cream cheese and happy to pay extra cause there’s hardly a swipe of cream cheese applied if not requested. At this location, after several visits I’ve time, I NEVER get what I’m paying extra for. This time, I called to politely give feedback given it happens pretty much every time. Unfortunately my feedback was quickly explained away, dismissed and my call was abruptly hung up. no Remodeler offers. I wIll pass on making a stop at this location going forward…

Love this place until lately. I pre-ordered my coffee when I’m about a mile away at 5:10am but many times have gotten there to notice the store not open yet and I can see my mobile order in the ticket machine but that does no good when no staff is there, $3 lost. Another irritating thing is when DD was offering the bonus 100 points if you mobile order on Monday, when I log on to the app it says this store is not accepting mobile orders…..hmmm seems like that only happens on Mondays. I’ve moved my business down to the Barrington location because I’ve never had an issue with them. Hopefully things will change back to the way it was before.

If zero was an option I would give it that 2 large lattes and supposed to be 2 donuts chocolate long johns and get home and it’s 1. Total price tag for 1 donut and 2 large latte 15 bucks this place is complete garbage. I will never go back overshoot this place and go anywhere else the gas station next door probably won’t try to rip you off. Also doesn’t surprise me it was all teenagers. Who don’t care whether they have a job or not. Sincerely another u satisfied customer again. Fark you Dunkin’ Donuts.
