Recent order July 24,2023, they only delivered half the order. Sent the wrong item and took over 30 minutes to deliver the correct and missing pizza. When I called the store I was told they were getting a lot of orders wrong. Not my problem to solve. Will not order from this location again.

Every time I have ordered the person taking the order never gets it right it happened again August 31st in the evening and I have them repeat the order and I repeat it to then when I call back oh it will be 30 min try almost like 55min and pasta was cold I ordered i call it helps being handicap and I ask for text messages none the have not got order right now at least 6 times and then it shows up Very Cold like the Pasta tonight

Ordered pizza for delivery and it got to my house soooo late! I got a call from dominoes stating they didn’t have a certain drink. So I chose another drink… they didn’t have that either. SMH then when the pizza finally arrived, it wasn’t fresh. It was cold and you can tell the cheese was starting to stiffen up. Disappointed.

New pizza in town usually really good. Last couple of times the pan pizza and cheese bread have been undercooked, called and spoke with employee she told me it was the new type of cheese. Told her no that it us under cooked she still disagreed with me and nothing was done. The second time the cheesy bread was cooked fine on the ends but was under cooked in the middle. Called again spoke with manager discussed the issue gave me store credit for my order. Discussed oven temp might be the issue.

Just got off phone with them. And was informed that they falsify the tracking info. My order stated it had been out of the oven for more then 33min. And was told my order will be hot since they wait for a driver to either get back or on their way back to orders in the oven.. so if they can lie about that to us what else are they lying about. Not to happy with them. My order showed up COLD.. I don’t pay for Cold food.
