Firehouse subs in Goodlettsville jumped on our Feed the Bucs sponsorship and supplied a pre-game meal for 40 girls on the Beech High School soccer team They were so willing and nice when we went into the store and spoke with the manager, Chad. We are grateful to have community businesses out there to support our schools and athletes. The girls loved the meal! Thank you!

Finally a Firehouse Subs with real firemen. That’s not something you see everyday. Well I’ve only seen it once and over the years I’ve gone to a lot of different locations in many different cities. Anyhow, the food was the quality level that you expect and delivered promptly.

The only complaint I have with Firehouse Subs is when you get a sandwich to go which I always get the Hook and Ladder the bottom piece of bread is soggy so when you bite into it all the filling comes out. I mean it literally comes out the other end. Bread is suppose to be firm and whole the filling so when you bite into it stays together. The sandwich tastes good but the bread needs to given some more thought.

Food always great, service always great. No complaints about the staff. They are doing their jobs. But if you can’t pay them a fair wage for doing their jobs, why are WE pressured to tip? The staff is not pressuring us, but this whole new POS system implemented at fast food style places are ridiculous and essentially comes across as an auto-gratuity system… pressuring to tip just for employees doing their job: Cashiering and making sandwiches… not serving. That is not what tipping is meant for. As someone who is a bartender and a 10+ year vet in the restaurant industry, companies like you ruin it for people who actually deserve and earn tips as their wage and actually make less-than or equal to minimum wage and literally live off of tips.

Of all the Firehouses I’ve been to from Florida and East to West while traveling this one’s quality of food and keeping up with their products is amongst the worst.

Do Not eat here…! A 70yr old lady, whom had not a dime, husband passed, just her SSI to live on. She asked if they could spare some of any food they have for herself to eat, and theytold her no.. really, foods not free, but if you can’t spare some veggies or a piece of bread to an old lady, then you shouldn’t have customers supporting your business. I’ll never step foot in to your location or ever order from your location. Don’t support greed and don’t help this location stay in business.

Good subs, real fresh ingredients. Definitely better than that underground sub place.

Service has gone downhill at this location since COVID-19. Nobody greets you when you walk in anymore, and there are only 6 tables with chairs inside. There is an additional table outside, but that’s weather dependent. The people working with long hair don’t put it up properly and I have found hair in my food. It’s been 2 years since COVID. It’s time to put the places to sit back down and put the hot sauce back out. At least train your staff to be friendly again.
