Leaving a bad review because my oder was 30min late with no update. Passed my lunch break and couldn’t wait any longer. Then so I called to see what happened. The manager was rude and didn’t even care that I was upset and canceling my order. An apology goes a long way. She needs some customer service experience.

Pizza was solidly okay. But I let out an audible gasp when I opened the bread sticks. They have to be the saddest looking bread sticks I’ve ever received from any Pizza Hut ever. Nevertheless, gave them a try, and they were the saddest tasting bread sticks too. They went in the trash. This was my first visit here. I find it hard to believe there aren’t better locations in the area, so I’ll give a different one a shot next time.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza from Pizza Hut today. Tasted delicious! Extra cheese, half sausage and half pepperoni. We were even able to order online for a set time. Very convenient!

My pizza unexpectedly came fast. But… My pizza wasn’t satisfactory. It was cold, it looked and tasted like it had been sitting for hours or a day. And they decided too maybe reheat it, then let it sit for hours. I’m extremely disappointed.

Giving such a low reading because the delivery driver that delivered my food today 2/14/2023 was beyond rude. I had pizza and chicken wings delivered to a business I typed in the suite number one place in the order approximately 15 to 20 minutes later a delivery driver call to ask what store number and the name of the store I gave that to him but luckily when he went to the wrong store I overheard the people at the store helping him find the correct store. He then went one store down and tried to drop my pizza off still on the phone with him I let him know that I was walking outside in the middle of a windstorm so I can find him. He came out of the store right next to me and told me that I was wrong when I told him the store name and the store number and then showed him my store is the store right next to the store he went into so if he would have walked approximately five steps he would have seen the correct store he should have dropped the food off at. He proceeded to yell at me while we are still outside in the cold while he is shoving my food in my hands he told me he knows everything and I know nothing when he shoved the receipt in my face to show me there was no store number I kindly let him know that I typed in a suite number it is not my fault if it does not show on his receipt. I wish I could take the tip that I left him back but I cannot since I ordered online I definitely will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut.

Recently ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The pizza was not cut properly and the slices were misshapen and uneven, making it difficult to divide out. On top of that, the pizza was overcooked and cold by the time it arrived, ruining the taste and overall experience. I was very disappointed with the product and service I received, and I would not recommend this location to others. I hope that Pizza Hut can improve their food quality and service to meet customer expectations in the future.

I ordered a personal pizza garlic knots and a 20oz diet Pepsi. My Pepsi expired 12-14-2020 and why was I delivered an empty used pizza box? The delivery driver was the best part of this transaction.
