I went here on. Saturday at 1200 I tried to order a large sausage pizza and was told it would take 50 minutes!!! I said 50 min or 15 she said 50 were busy and there’s only 1 pizza maker. Granted they had 5 people ahead of me but clearly they rather charge 5$ a slice vs 18$ for the whole thing. Never the less I ordered 6 slices of pizza 5 drinks for $50. I served the kids and they all complained it was old and cold even after going thru the warmer. Save your money and go ANYWHERE else

Rude customer service, too bad that at this mall, there aren’t much food options now. Waited in line to order a whole Pizza, I was told it will be 40 minutes. After I came back for my pizza, I was told I had to go back in line (around 15 people in line) to pay for my pizza that I already made líne for. The girl said the manager told her that’s how is supposed to be. We used to love this place, but now we will have to find something better

We have always been a fan of Sbarro. We went in today to get 2 whole pizzas. They have a deal where you get 2 for $26.99 1 topping. On the sign, it has the price of the 2 whole pizzas and right below that, it says additional toppings are $1.50 extra. We got 2 pizzas and 2 additional toppings. We were expecting to pay $3 extra to the $26.99. The price was almost $40!! The manager was saying how you can’t get additional toppings on the 2 pizza deal even though their sign says otherwise. The manager was also very rude to us and refused to make the situation right. Will not be back.
