Worse Dunkin I have ever been to in the State. If you are in to your drinks being made like crap then this is your place. They got several individuals that can’t make a good ice coffee if Jesus was there holding their hands. I ask for creamer and my coffee came back darker, wtf!!! Definitely Arkansas’ worse Dunkin ever, totally trash. You better off going to an abandoned building lol the service would probably be better. The pic is my wife’s French Vanilla with some white grit-like milk in, just took it back.

Went by this morning to get a coffee after dropping my dog off for surgery. You know because coffee makes everything better. I pull up to the drive thru menu and a really rude guy answers and I tell him to give me just a sec because I’m still deciding on what I want. Then when I’m ready (literally 30 sec later) a very nice lady takes my order. When I pull around to the window it’s the rude guy. I give him my card and he snatched it out of my hand and then when he went to give it back he nearly dropped it. I said “thank you” as nice as I could with a big smile (because I was always taught to kill’em with kindness). He then tells me to pull up so I obliged and pulled the to door. He goes to bring my food out and as he is handing it to me I once again thank him and tell him to have a great day. He nearly drops my coffee because he has a friend at the drive thru window who he’s trying to wave over to us and never once did he crack a smile or did he have any kind of customer service manners. He never said a thing to me after telling me to “pull up” even when he brought my food out he was more worried about his friend in the drive thru line then handing me my food and taking care of the customer right in front of him.

Ordered thru the app. And went in to pick up my donuts were right but the sandwichs were missing and the hot chocolate was supposed to be a large but was barely full. Had to go back in and one of the sandwiches was supposed to be without egg but it was on there. Didn’t have the patience to go back again for a third time.

NOT CONSISTENT. someone needs to train these people on how to make a drink the same way every time. I worked in food service and its not that hard to make a drink the same way. I would order a “small iced matcha latte” and get something different every time. One time it was slightly matcha flavored milk, one time it was a frozen matcha, other times it was with the incorrect milk or had flavorings i did not ask for. I dont know what is going on in the kitchen but it needs some serious help. Me and my friends joked about never getting the same drink but ordering the same product every time.

Waited 15 minutes in drive through for a hot chocolate that didn’t have the chocolate in it nor the carmel. This the 2nd time this has happened to me in the last month. Wish they would get it together.

Love their butter pecan iced coffee. Definitely helped keep me up on a long drive home. I prefer donuts from local places, but the donuts here are pretty good. The employees were really friendly! My son got the cake batter iced coffee and was in love, immediately. Prefer Dunkin over Starbucks anytime, especially the prices!

I was so excited when this location opened but it unfortunately has been inconsistent for several reasons: high turnover, inconsistent coffee and food quality, and the app seems to not work often for this location which destroys any customer loyalty. It could be great but just needs skilled leader to oversee day to day challenges.
