ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! MORE THAN FOUR TIMES IN A ROW!! THEY HAVE GOTTEN OUR ORDER WRONG!! MISSING ITEMS, ITEMS NOT MADE CORRECTLY!! we order online and have no way cook when we got home from work. The night time crew constantly gets our orders wrong. Food messed up, missing food entirely, no drinks almost always. This time, two pizzas can’t even be eaten because it looks like children made them, no chalupa, several other sandwiches messed up, no drink. AGAIN! overly tired of this and the absolute lack of care. I work at Arby’s. ITS NOT THAT HARD!

1 Star. Nothing against the employees, nor the food. This is about Management. I ordered lunch and asked for a lot of Fire sauce as i drown my food in it. I received 5. I asked the guy at the drive-thru politely for more. He said he was not allowed to give me any more. Horrible Management policy. Horrible Management. I’m a 22 year Hospitality Industry vet. Front of house, back of house, Manager, Chef… that is a disgraceful policy. Thanks for nickel and diming your customers. 2 thumbs down for shameful policies. Shame!

I always wait 30+ minutes for simple orders. They will complete full orders for other people who got here after me. I don’t understand how this place is run, but Melissa is the worst and just slows everything down. This place needs a manager but doesn’t seem like there is one to be seen?

Messed up multiple orders on many different occasions. Very rarely is there anyone up front to take orders or assist customers. I’ve waits 15 mins almost before someone even heard or saw me. Stations in the back look crusty and food sometimes takes like it was left out too long and not rotated or restocked. Constantly low on lots of products or items. Definitely one of the worst Taco Bells I’ve been too. Don’t waste your time here.

The Mexican pizza the shells look like someone just threw it in the pizza box. My taco shells were all falling apart. All I could taste was sour cream and cheese was not a good lunch. I will never go back to that one. I’ll go clear to the Forest Grove to get taco bell. And the fountain pop machine wasn’t working so nothing got substitute for my drink but still charged me the same amount as if I had a drink
