Only 4 because we only tried two plates on our first time. Our visit on a Sunday afternoon was nice, no rush. We ordered as appetizer the japshae which was amazing and the beef bulgogi fantastic!!!!!! We will be back!

A bare bones decor, with a well meaning staff if not trained, that serves consistently well cooked and satisfying fare. The Korean menu never changes, it has been condensed to few permanent classics of that cuisine and they will stick to it. The upside is that you can rely on their try and true dishes.

I get the beef soup, regular spice with kalguksu noodles every time. With a egg. (If you get the hot clay pot bowl of rice, they give you an egg you can crack in yourself!). Below is the rice cake with sweet and spicy sauce. Perfect for a cod rainy day!

This is the only Korean place I’ve ever been to that gives you the option to add kalguksu to your soon dubu. I prefer noodles over rice so this is a good place to go to if you’re in the area! Definitely lacks a bit of spice and flavor but not too bad. Banchan side dishes were so good though!!

Yeah, I wasn’t even looking for dinner. It smelled so good I had to. Not a fan of sprouts but they do it right. Can’t recommend the short ribs enuf. The cucumber salad is also the bomb. If my hoise could smell like this all the time i would be happy! I have a new fave restaurant, only complaint, I want more! Lol… #true story! Enjoy!
