I’ve been trying out lots of taco shops in the southern Seattle area, and few compare. We usually get the quesabirria and carne asada tacos. The meat is flavorful and never grissely. And their Horchata tastes like flan in a cup! Delicious!

Dry and overcooked nachos. The nacho chips tasted burnt and so did the meat and cheese. There was only a thin later of cheese and meat that sat sadly on the first few chips. Bad quality food. Majority of it went to the trash. I also asked for chicken tacos and they gave me either pork, steak, or some other mystery meat.

Great service. Horrible tacos…. Please don’t let the reviews fool you like they did with me.. I was 125% ready to write an amazing hole in wall of an amazing street taco place hidden away… But nope. The tacos were absolutely horrible. 5 tacos spread out overlapping on a paper plate and it was a little bit of diced onion, asada and celintro. That’s it. Nope. Taco truck tacos are better, anywhere.

The name says it all… This place is consistently the best “street taco” restaurant I have ever had. I have tried well over 200 places. The quality is consistent always The best ingredients and I never ever I’ve had a bad meal although other than the chicken salad I’ve only had tacos and I moved here close to the auburn location. I come at least twice a week I’m always happy always fresh amazing thing I would recommend it to everybody…

Ceviche tasted very good, good amount of shrimp and fresh. Unfortunately I purchased 3 at $3 each and there was about 1.5 worth of ceviche to cover the tostada chips. Also overall quite small. Sheimp look pre-cooked.

Delicious!!!! Best Taco Shop in the Southside! The menu is simple, the food is great and it’s always packed! I thought I was getting a leg up on lunch by arriving early and the line was already out the door! I ate two tacos of Carne asada, the consistency was correct. Moist but not greasy, classic veggies of cilantro, sautéed chopped onions with a side of radishes and a grilled jalapeño. Then I had two tacos of chicken….wow! They’re the bomb! Micro shredded chicken with the the classic veggies. The homemade salsa…get ready to sweat! Muy picante! But soooo good! Washed it all down with some horchata and bam! Another great taco experience at El maestro! BTW, they also deliver! Door dash delivered to me a week ago. Awesome sauce!!! Come early and get your grub on!

Dropped by for lunch and ordered their Chicken enchiladas. Never had such dry and flavorless enchiladas before. Waste of money!

This is seriously your 10$ nachos? Garbage and chewy. Go down the street to Ambakitty if you want good Mexican food. This place has gone downhill fast. Go to the new Birria truck to get better food for your dollar as well.

I love the chicken tacos at this place. Seriously one of the best/cheapest places to get some great tasting street style tacos.
