First time going there. I got the Hook and Ladder and it was Uh-mazing. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Will be going back for that for sure. I also got the loaded potato soup. It was great in terms of still being super hot by the time I got home and texture was superb. Very minimal flavor so if you want flavor you’ll have to doctor it up yourself.

Went for lunch today. Ordered two sandwiches to go. Hook and Ladder with no onions and Sorenson sauce and a meatball sub on white bread. It took 20 minutes to get the order. Hook and Ladder was filled with onions, there was no sauce and the meatball sub was on wheat bread. It was a small and a medium sandwich for 20.00. No napkins in the bag either. No thanks.

My family came in for a delicious and hot meal before a movie and they did not disappoint! The owner is amazing and the staff are wonderful in every way. They truly have a heart for service and make sure that you are treated like family all the way to their sandwiches! I will always support a local business and appreciate every little extra they do! I tried the Firehouse Pub Steak sub and found it a little bland for my taste. The Gator Sauce added what was missing. Firehouse Subs gave quick service. There were plenty of spicy meatballs on my sub 5 months ago. My friends enjoyed their Engineer Subs.
