Used to stop by this dunkin every single morning, but not after yesterday. There is a new white girl working the drive through window. I asked her for a straw for my iced coffee. She got an attitude and said it was in the bag. I told her it was not in the bag and again asked for a straw. She refused to give me a straw. If I wasn’t in a rush to get my son to daycare I would have made them give me a refund for my total order. She definitely needs an attitude check and a lesson on customer service.

I didn’t get the woman’s name who was working drive thru, but she was really sweet and understanding. I ordered through the mobile app earlier in the day and completely forgot to go and pick it up. I went back a few hours later to see if maybe they could possibly remake my order and she did! I go to this location on a regular basis and the staff is always so nice and friendly. 10/10 service! Thank you!!

Charged me for two orange juices when I only got one, gave me the wrong total for my stuff, and barely wanted to wait on me – I had to ask her to come back and give me a receipt because she walked off before it was even done printing. Very upset about being charged for something I didn’t even receive and being told it was $5.75 when it was actually $8.92, and it’s not like I could have asked her why because she walked away. First and last time coming to this Dunkin.

They always make my coffee perfect . I always go there and spend Lots of money for myself and my friends , I use no other DD. But I am Muslim it’s Ramadan and we fast from sun up until sun down. So when I go to get coffee before I can eat at 7:10pm they are closed. But it states that they close at 8pm. False advertising ? I think so
