This location is me and my wife’s go-to after a long week and we want to do a stay at home date night. Our order is pretty consistent and I’d say about 95% of the time we get exactly what we ordered. I chop is the other times there have been errors when they have had new staff or have been very busy. Overall we’ll continue to choose Papa John’s over the other pizza places in Columbus. Terrible customer service. Unprofessional “manager” the delivery driver couldn’t get into the gate so while still on the phone I sent my husband down and the driver was GONE. Didn’t call me nothing. I had to call him and he said he left to do other deliveries and then will be back after. I told them I didn’t pay for cold pizza. The manager was rude and was no help. He said he will cancel my order then HUNG UP IN MY FACE. Will not be ordering here again.

Normally I love Papa John’s regular breadsticks, but this time they were flat and barely warm. I won’t get them from this location anymore. The young man that delivered them was very nice and that is the reason for a 3 stars!

We ordered on the way back home from a day trip. The middle of our pizza had raw dough. Toppings were clumped together, handfuls of olives all together, etc. A very disappointing Papa John’s experience, and not what I expect of one.

Always great quality pizza, no other chain can compare to the taste of the sauce, papa john’s is truly in a league of their own. This specific store has always had the best customer service hands down! Delivery times are usually very accurate to the papa tracker they offer to track your pizza order online.
