Burgers were good, juicy, and cooked to correct doneness but, lacked seasoning or the hallmark sear that makes a burger really stand out. Liked the unusual options like tomato jam, avocado, and white cheddar. Fries were nice and crispy. Asked for a side salad and got a HUGE Romaine and spring mix with some excellent croutons that tasted homemade. Didn’t think I’d also see a wide variety of craft beers at the bar in back. Kind of confusing since you order at the register and need to purchase from the bar separately and there is no wait staff. Not spectacular, although there were some quite good points.

I’m a fan of walburgers just not this one. Kids eat free and this is what they serve them. How could they not tell this burger wasn’t just overcooked but extremely burnt. Definitely won’t waste my time coming back to this one. A 3 year old could cook a better burger than this.

I don’t like doing this, as I’m a fan of the Wahlburgers at MOA and have been a customer at the one in Maple Grove on a couple occasions. I truthfully wish I took more pictures of both my families trips to the Spring Lake Park Hy-Vee newly opened location. The picture attached of the undercooked chicken is from our first visit.. this trip also included severely undercooked burgers that were closer to being still alive off the cow than actually ever cooked. I did send a message into wahlburgers corporate about this situation and they never responded. Flash forward and the family wants to try it again and despite my mind telling me to make the drive to Maple Grove I went back to HyVee and sure enough its the same situation with unbelievably undercooked food. Im not sure what their deal is but I would not go here under any circumstances. They need to make this right and hopefully no one has gotten ill from this unknowingly as this is really teetering on purposeful negligence.

First time at Wahlburgers. Got a Jenn Chicken sandwich and get side salad instead of fries/tots for myself and the kids hotdog meal with tots for my daughter. Kids meal was good. Tots were not seasoned at all. Chicken was dry and the crisp onions were missed but it was OK. Very nice you can get a side salad for an upgraded side. Went at 1:05pm and there were not many people here, but still took 32 minutes for us to get our food. Staff was very nice and didn’t look understaffed, so not sure why it took so long.

We got the endless boneless wings and fries which were great. What was extraordinary was the customer service provided by Heather. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed for the meal. Absolutely incredible work ethic demonstrated. We were impressed by how kind she was. Will be going back for sure.
