Go to pulp all the time and generally love it: A little frustrating this time – not acknowledged as we waited to order and the workers finished mopping. Arrived at 8:05p, almost an hour before close, and were not able to get a smoothie (that had a juiced ingredient) or a wheatgrass shot because both “machines were down.” But it was evident they had just cleaned them and didn’t want to use them again before closing at 9p.

This pulp is the one I’m near the most but I’m not sure I can go anymore every time I get a smoothie it’s like liquid there. It’s not like that at any other locations. But it’s not worth getting when it’s like that. It’s been consistently like that the past few times. They are also really slow at this one when barely anyone is in there and the bathroom was trashed last time I went. Hope these issues get resolved. The one time I asked them to make it thicker and they just wanted to add more sherbet which is not what I wanted. Idk if they just don’t want to put more fruit in it or what but I don’t care for liquid smoothies that are like they are melted. And no other locations 8ve been to are like that.

The bar is clean, the seating area is comfy and nice enough for waiting (albeit rather cold to sit inside for long). The smoothies are tasty, quickly made, and a nice stop for a lunch break. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially with how many different options there are to choose from!

A Cost
Walked into Pulp wasn’t greeted, waited 10 mins for no one to take my order, or furthermore even acknowledge me. If I wasn’t mistaken I would’ve sworn they were racist if not that just outstandingly unprofessional. Left out and went to Wayburger where I was treated like a human! And the food is outstanding way better then Pulp! Who knew A better experience was a few doors down literally!

My new favorite spot! Amazing selection of freshly made smoothies and healthy but tasty bites! They also have supplement enhancement additives that you can add to any smoothie. Staff is friendly, scalable, clean and professional and all of their juices are freshly squeezed on-site! Highly recommend!

Pulp is wild with loud music. The smoothie is bussin . Only prob is they don’t have cows’ milk. I was itching like I was schizophrenic for some milk in my smoothie.

Service was great. Employees were pleasant. Place was clean. Smoothie was great. BUT! Management should be ashamed of themselves for charging 8 bucks for a Smoothie. Rediculess and I won’t be back. I never mind paying a little extra for quality but 8 bucks is over the top. Cashier seemed almost scared to tell me. Then there’s a tip jar! I always tip but I hope and pray your paying these hard working folks that were there at least a decent wage after charging 8 bucks for a Smoothie.

Very disappointed with this visit not acknowledged as I entered the store the 2 employees that were there were talking about the types of relationships they had been in before very inappropriate I had to ask if they were taking orders I handed my money to the cashier she had an attitude an laid my change on the counter.

Kudos to the two young ladies working tonight. Thank you for working your full shift and for your speedy service in making my smoothie and shot. You are doing a great job to maintain Pulp’s reputation as a company, unlike the Independence location which closed 30+ minutes early tonight. However, whoever manages Broadview Heights needs to watch for bullying.. The one girl working tonight by name of Cameron was not very nice to the other poor girl working..
