Kudos to this Cicis team. It was not my usual experience of a dirty, soul sucking atmosphere that most Cicis tend to have. The staff had genuine smiles and enguaged with the customers. Everyone who wasnt doing something else was cleaning something or checking temps. Even mid renovation, this was probably the cleanest Cicis I’ve been in.

Haven’t been here in a very long time…got to say Way To Go Cicis Manager…you have hired a great staff!!! First time we have ever been there and your crew was asking us if we wanted any special pizzas made and the Alfredo sauce was good also, the girl working the salad bar was making sure everything was filled and kept fresh. I hate to do this but our whole experience was gross. We went on a busy Saturday(6/17/23) during lunch time and food was fine. But when we sat to eat a foul odor (feces) came about. We thought oh maybe it’s the baby sitting behind us. My son noticed the bus boy 2 tables down from us. He noticed him digging in his pants. He told my husband and he said let’s move tables. We moved to where my husband could see the bus boy. Then my husband noticed him digging again and grabbing the cleaning cloth. We all stopped eating. He went up to the front to tell the girl at the counter. she apologized and said someone was going to talk to him. We will never go back! I just thought how unsanitary. He is wiping tables and picking up plates and it was clear he had an accident. He did look like he may have a disability but that’s a health hazard. We went next door for dessert and as we walked by cicis again we noticed he was still on the floor. I know for sure other people had to have seen or smelled it.

Pizza was not hot. Neither was pasta or sauces. Salad was ok till I noticed a very brown and squishy piece of lettuce in my plate. Dessert was the only thing that was ok. $50 for four of us to eat. The strange looking employees and customers made me feel like I was eating pizza in WalMart. This was my first time to CiCis and it will be my last .

The young blonde lady working in the front has a major attitude. I was having trouble putting my card into the payment terminal because the opening is facing towards them, not me, and I couldn’t see it correctly. And she rolls her eyes, gives me a big sigh, and pulls the card out of my hand. This is not the only time either. The people behind me also saw this, and I’m surprised she still has a job! The cheesy bread didn’t have enough cheese & the pizza tasted bland. This is the last time I’ll be eating here.

The food and service was great overall. I’d like to suggest that your busboy be a bit more mindful of his table clearing methods. He parked his cart right next to our table and began clearing a table nearby. He was beating and banging the plates in the trash can, then tossing the plates, trays and utensils into his cart. Pieces of food landed on our table, and utensils almost missed his bucket. All of this triggered my anxiety and I was unable to continue eating. We had to leave. The cart should never be placed in front of eating customers, and if he takes a bit more time to clear dishes, the loud banging and food flying would not disturb eating customers. Tossing things, instead of setting them in place would also eliminate the disturbance. I personally have always cleared my own tray and food from dishes, this was my first unpleasant experience. Germ party. Kids love it. Dirty dishes, teens cooking with no regard to washing hands utensils. Tons of kids licking fingers and using the same serving utensil. Some kind of soup thats been sitting all day. What a wonderful place. You will see someone you know from town and its a cool vibe. If you are an adult like me, dont be dumb and eat so much your in lain like I currently am. Good job management!!

It’s better than the one in Lacaster… Well they both have their attributes and faults waxahachie has silverware of metal origin even though it’s just forks they will bring pizza that’s coming out of the oven to you if you request it when it’s not available more to follow

Dnt go at lunch,always lots of people, they pile their plates super high without considering theres other people that are hungry and all the cooks trying to get all pizzas out. Then they just take a few bites and dnt eat it.
