Will never go to this location again. Multiple times (over muilple years) I have tried to use a coupon and they won’t honor it, when all other locations I have gone to will. This last time they tried to make me pay a few dollars more then the coupon rather then honoring it. The one of the next closest stores took the coupon with no questions ask.

Me and my family have been customers here for years, at least 4-5 years, and we have always received good, friendly and prompt service. The management and team members are always helpful as needed and personable even when they are busy. Whether I call ahead or walk in with an order, the majority of the time it only takes about 15 min or less to get my order. On several occasions we have had questions re promotions and the staff has been knowledgeable and friendly in their assistance. Always good product, tastes fresh and fairly priced. I highly recommend this chain and particularly this location.

Staff was very friendly and extremely fast! Unfortunately they work for a cheap owner! Tried using online coupon and was told they don’t accept them. I then asked what pizzas qualify for the $10 Tuesday promotion, being that it’s Tuesday and I was told this store doesnt do that promo. I asked why and was told because the owner canceled it awhile ago.. I’d rather drive farther to spend money towards a better ran business.

Food is pretty good, and the prices are great compared to other pizza restaurants. Unfortunately, over the years the portion sizes have been going down as the prices have gone up. When compared to other Papa Murphy’s in the region, this store has much worse customer service.

When I walked in the door there was someone at the cash register ordering and second person behind the counter asked the person in front of me if she had to pick up or would like to order. She said that she had to pick up but would like to order an extra small cheese pizza. He made her Pizza and went to the next person. He asked her if she had to pick up and she had to pick up. He gave her her pick up and she left. He then went over to the first person behind the counter and asked her if she needed any help and they both started making pizzas. No one was there to simply asked me if I had to pick up or was making an order. I stood there for probably 5 minutes and then he came over and asked if I had a pickup or needed to make an order. I told him I had to pick up and he went and got my pizza. I had ordered a pizza and because the deal they were having received a free pizza. He only handed me one pizza and so I chose to tell him that I was supposed to get a free pizza with that order. He then told me oh, you just tell us that you get the free pizza and we make it here when you get here. How is it that he didn’t know that I had of free pepperoni pizza? So then I had to wait an extra five or so minutes while he made my pizza and then I left.
