We chose this restaurant because of the buffet. We had never been to a Mexican food buffet. Food was not labeled. Enchiladas were overwhelming spice- flavored. I couldn’t taste the meat at all! Pineapple queso chicken was delicious, but when it was refilled, the new batch had way too much pineapple. The fried quesadilla (I think that’s what it was) was absolutely my favorite! Super delicious! The wait staff were attentive, kind, and friendly. Atmosphere was welcoming, comforting, and warm. We will return, but we will order dishes instead of getting the buffet. With tax, it cost a little over $20 per person for the buffet on a Wednesday evening.

I’ve eaten Mexican food across the USA/Mexico/Europe/Belize etc. hands down this my #1 choice – and in the small town of Hohenwald!!! Who would believe it? And all of my family from Texas agrees, they thought nothing could beat TexMex but Los Hermanos takes the the cake or “taco”. The fajitas are bomb, the chimichangas are fire and my mother-in-laws favorite, the cocktail de camaron is my wife’s #1, the enchiladas are mine – but not one menu item has let me down. The servers/staff couldn’t be friendlier “Archie” is my favorite server though but every member of the staff will great you like family. I recommend 100% = 5 stars

hard times. we asked for a chicken burrito for the road. asked for it without cheese on top. received a wet burrito that consisted of chicken and tortilla. no beans etc but sauce that seemed very close to marinara. sub optimal . Young lady working was very kind and efficient.
