I went to this Hardee’s on the way to work. The drive thru cashier wasn’t friendly, no hello, no thank you… He just took my money & asked me to move to the other side of the building to wait for my order. I ordered the Beyond Sausage Burrito. It took a little while to get it. I waited to get to work before I ate it so it was so disappointing when I found that it had no salsa in it & there was none included in my bag. I didn’t think to ask for one because other places I’ve received burritos from it was usually offered or it was included. The taste was very good but it was dry without the salsa.

Found a hair in my food and the girl at the drive thru window got an attitude because I wanted a new one. She had the nerve to recite the company’s return policy. If you made a policy to wear hair nets/hats and implement sanitary food service practices, you wouldn’t have this problem.

I go to this Hardee’s frequently because it’s close to my house. At least once or twice per week for breakfast. Lately the drive thru line has been horrible. It takes a long time. Sometimes 20-30 minutes. The food is good, but do not go to this Hardee’s if you are in a hurry.

Hardee’s is in my opinion one of the better fast food restaurants. I consider it Superior to McDonald’s, Wendy’s, and similar restaurants. They do have special sandwiches over the course of the year that if offered year-round, would get them another star. I have noticed prices have gone up, but I am pleased to pay since I know the employees are making something closer to a living wage. Though they’re not there yet.

The cashier was polite but staff didn’t train her properly and she struggled to put my order together. When I pulled up to the window, she was completely gone. Food was pretty good though, burgers hot and not slapped together. Fries were fresh and not too salty. Chicken tenders were awful. Too salty, kind of tough.

Because they gave me 5 fresh chicken fingers and 5 refried chicken fingers with half cook fries. The only thing was good was sweet tea. Waited in drive thru over 10 minutes. No napkins or silverware to eat fries with bacon and ranch dressing.

My order was incorrect and cold. I asked for a regular sausage biscuit combo and I was given a steak biscuit that was so dry I choked on it trying to eat it. My bacon egg and cheese was thrown together and hanging off the biscuit with just a half piece of bacon. I love Hardees breakfast usually but this wAS a major disappointment

I came to get my grandparents breakfast. Darius and Jaylen were so funny but professional when they fixed a simple error on my order (I ordered 7 different biscuits and they missed 1). It was a fast fix and they apologized for the mix up even though it was probably me talking too fast. Good customer service goes along way.
