I was there around 11:20 AM on Sunday. Three young women were working. Unbelievably rude and condescending because I asked if they had a food item. A simple response would’ve sufficed, but instead I was met with hostility. I understand having a bad day or maybe I was the 20th customer to ask about this same item, but there is no reason to treat customers so poorly and as if they are inconveniencing you because they simply are patrons of your coffee shop. Training regarding customer service or reallocating this staff to not be customer facing should be considered. Super disappointed.

on 12-14-2020 at 5:30 pm I stopped by for a seasonal cup a coffee and the lady that made mine is the worst employee I’ve encountered at starbucks one it tasted like hot chocolate two i ordered a venti and it was 2-3 inches from the top and I don’t think it was a venti avoid this starbucks if possible

Meh its Starbucks, way to much hype over this chain. Service is ok but its just normal coffee. With starbucks employees not wanting to serve police officers its made me support other coffee chains more. So if you want tasteless bland coffee with ok service then yes this is the spot for you!
