When you call Target and pick the Starbucks option, it automatically hangs up every time. I found out today Starbucks does not have a phone. This is probably Target’s issue more than Starbucks, but it is still itritating. As far as I can tell, you cannot mobile order at this location, so I’ve only gotten drinks here a few times. They’ve always been friendly and drinks are good.

I ordered a white mocha frap venti and matcha creme frap the lady by the counter was confused on what I’m ordering it’s very basic nothing special no decaf extra shot or almond milk etc not being picky at all … but the lady told me do I need sweetener on my matcha? Huh? Isn’t suppose to be sweet? The the white mocha was no taste at all I told them why is it no taste? The guy told me cause it’s not suppose to be sweet.. ok I was hesitating to give it back cause I don’t want it to be waste but still I gave them my money so my money was just a waste and im not gonna enjoy the frap too then he offer me I’ll just make you a new one while telling the other barista that I don’t know what im ordering it’s fine some days are like that different barista different style of making coffee… and laughing behind my back

I visit this location from time to time. The coffee and service are always amazing, but their merchandise shelf (packaged coffee, cups, tumblers, etc) is always lacking. They rarely have stock of go-to items and almost never have any of the tumblers and cups that many other locations have an over abundance of. As long as you’re in the area and just need a solid cup of coffee, this is the place to go. If you’re looking for a well stocked location for packaged coffee to brew at home or a new cup to add to your collection, you’re better to check the other locations in town.

Today as I waited to order a brewed coffee there was one person behind the counter and another barista taking a break. The customer in front of me was a Target employee and she ordered a sandwich. The barista put the sandwich in the toaster oven and waited by it while they chatted. Sandwich became ready and was delivered and I finally got to move to the counter. The barista began doing dishes … and more dishes … and more. If this was the first time this happened I wouldn’t be letting you know. This has become a habit. Perhaps they know that all I want is a brewed coffee so I’m not worth the effort even though I frequent this Starbucks because of the convenient location. I left the store without having the opportunity to order. I won’t be back. Customers are not important at Target Starbucks

Normally would’ve given 5 stars. But the last drink my daughter brought to me had a dirty straw. Thought it was just the wrapper and sent my daughter on to work, the straw itself was dirty. I know coffee can get all over the place, but that wasn’t coffee. Yes, I had it checked to make sure I wasn’t just being too girly. I’m glad I already had some straws with me.

I like this place because it is nice and convenient. There is no drive through but there is a lot less traffic than the Starbucks standalone. Also not like the Barns and Nobles which sales Starbucks products, they do not let you use your Starbucks rewards or app. I am always in and out in this Starbucks location.
