Food was great. They have a clean open kitchen. We got Cilantro beef and 2 noodle dishes. Everything tasted good. A little bigger than my usual portion and also a little pricier than my usual dishes. I boxed up the leftovers, so it’s all good.

Chez Xue has decent Chinese food with great service. The interior is also very open and clean. The food is more pricy than the typical Chinese place and there’s a mandatory 18% service charge. However they do emphasize that they don’t take additional tip.

One of our favorite weekend spots. We love dining in the spacious and bright restaurant. Usually easy to get a seat and there’s a large selection of dishes to choose from. The green onion pancakes and wonton soup are always a hit with the kiddos, and the adults dig the celery beef. Service is always great! FYI, this is a tip free restaurant: 7% takeout, 18% dine-in service charge is built in.

Simple build design and minimalist branding/ logo. Inside is a more warm feeling and staying simple with the menus. Their most popular dish is the cilantro beef, and it’s great, the beef is really tender and flavorful, and the cilantros help elevate that taste, but the chinese celery has a over powering taste. I think it’s good that the flavor rubs of but to eat it straight is a bit strong. Mapo tofu is good, nothing super hype but wanted to try an easy dish to see if it was made well. Friendly staff and about 15min wait time

The sparkly clean open kitchen justifies the somewhat higher price for similarly good Chinese food. The atmosphere should get 5 stars, but a sign inside the front door creates an invisible pressure that makes the experience not as enjoyable as it could be. It cautions you not to ask for salt, soy sauce, vinegar,….etc., because such acts implies you do not respect the restaurant. It would be better to reword the message differently. Such as, “We hope you enjoy our food and do not need to ask for salt, vinegar,…etc.”
