Had to repeat my order to the drive-thru lady THREE TIMES, and even then they still screw up my order. Ordered 2 bagel sandwiches with 1 egg each; sausage and bacon. Bacon sandwich only had 2 pieces and they didn’t put sausage on the sausage one at all. Disappointment.

Tim Hortons cannot toast a bagel if their lives depended on it. Clearly it doesn’t matter which location or state, Buffalo and Columbus both fail. And if you ask them to run it through their toaster twice, it will come out burnt. Staff was very friendly and this location had extra touches of hockey which was great. But the coffee wasn’t up to snuff.

I’m from Jersey, so I wasn’t familiar before moving here about 1.5 years ago. But I was excited about ordering the new hazelnut Iced mocha capp, only to find that a small was ridiculously over priced at 4.59; it wasn’t flavorful and I couldn’t even taste the hazelnut/Nutella. You’re better off getting a frappe mocha from McDonald’s and actually enjoying it. Or in my case, I’ll just get my routine (medium) iced coffee for 3.29 from Dunkin and get double the size. On a positive note, the honey french cruller was really good and the person at the window was pleasant.

At first I wasn’t sure if they were open since there were no cars on the lot at all but I pulled the door and it opened so I went in. There were 2 employees but they were a bit slow realizing I was there. Once they did, the service was good.

This Tim Hortons location is extremely inconsistent. I have had a few visits where I’ve gotten quick service, hot food, and well made coffee. But more often I get cold food and coffee that isn’t even close to how I order it. At this point I will drive out of my way to go to a different location because it isn’t worth the gamble. Today, I ordered a small iced coffee with one cream and one sugar. This is what I got… a cup of cream and ice cubes with a splash of coffee, which tastes awful and I will likely throw away. They also rang it out incorrectly and charged my card twice (one for food, once for coffee, which I ordered together).

We went through at lunch time on a Thursday. The line moved quickly and the lady over the intercome was polite and easy to understand. Our sandwich was not right so it had to be remade but the great service from all the employees made up for that. The customer service made the experience and we drive away smiling!
