Double beef and cheese fish and chips around 7:45 p.m. tonight was truly amazing I mean look at this double beef and beef added Swiss cheese. This place is wonderful and the staff is courteous every time. I always go in around this time at night and see the waitresses cleaning the whole dining area pulling out the tables sweeping mopping in the back whatever they got to do. They have a wonderful team there and thank you to the cook for that sandwich man it’s good

Best place for food. They have the largest double decker sandwitches hands down. Friendly staff for years. Been going here for many years even when they were where Kroger is now. I miss the sconces on the walls. Bring cash which is not a problem.

First time at this family restaurant on the west side in decades! I used to go with my brother as a kid, 50 years later still same excellent qualty, hearty portions, and same family owned and operated! The beef/turkey double decker with swiss cheese is one of the best in the area!

Food was excellent. Service was faster than skyline. Price is a bit on the high side, just a tad higher than skyline but menu covers a bit more and portions are bigger as well. This place is known for its double deckers anf you never go home hungery! Cash only but they have an ATM inside.

Coffee – good. Toast was supposed to NOT be buttered but it WAS buttered. Eggs were supposed to be over medium but they were barely over – slimey. Cook should pay more attention to the tickets. Hash browns requested extra crispy and they were. I like large portions – But who eats that many potatoes in one serving? Cash only establishment with no sign posted anywhere. Which FORCED me to use an ATM card that I haven’t used in 20 years and eat the $2 service fee. Not good. Ok look J&J — we really want to like it but a lot to look past.
