I am In progress of receiving the worst service I ever got from this place. The manager was a very mean black lady who was mad because I came to pick up my online order I guess. She ignored me and walked by several times after she got her drink from the fountain, then after I said excuse me..she slammed the fry thing and rolled her eyes at me so hard. Just hateful and mean. This happened 6/30/23 at 8:26. Thinking about calling corporate.

I only wish I had taken a picture of my glorious food, I grew up around this Penn station but hadn’t been back for a while. It did not disappoint. The staff is so nice and welcoming, and went above and beyond in every way, truly. Philly was so good, fries amazing, lemonade amazing as well! **Bonus picture** of my life hack for you all, take the ketchup container and pull gently on the sides to spread it out and you can hold so much more.
