This location never has White Gravy! I’ve called Corporate and they still never have it! White Gravy is a staple in the South! Brown Gravy is Gross unless it is Turkey Gravy!!

Tried calling and phone just rang and rang for 5 min on multiple occasions. Wanted to have a large order ready to go but had to wait. Arrived to place order and the place wasn’t busy at all. I could see 5 workers standing around. Service was ok.

Waited over 20 minutes for chicken which is fine, but my order still came out completely wrong. It seemed like a manager wasn’t present. Lots of cars were told to park and didn’t receive their food either! Got my refund and went to Popeyes! This Church’s needs a team with better customer service.

Understaffed and ALWAYS out of product “EVERY TIME I GO”. The crew works really hard to work with the people and product they have but shouldn’t have to. Corporate should really come down and work with the management team in figuring out a solution to give all the churches locations more support or sell churches to another business cause they have really let these places go no matter what city I go.

This is by far one of the cleanest Church’s Chicken I’ve ever been to. Food was super hot, the only take away is i waited 30 minutes for the food. Wednesdays they run a special, so I feel like the store manager should take that into consideration and staff accordingly. That doesn’t deflect from the amazing customer care though.
