Had a terrific time. Older bar but the bartender was fantastic and the food GREAT! Inexpensive, good food (chicken fried stale sandwich and a BLT with extra bacon comes standard, plus fries). Enjoyed the atmosphere. Definitely will come again next time thru town! Area is a little always from the interstate and older area but safe and enjoyed the locals. Prices below average for good food and drinks.

This is it, if you are driving through Kansas and tired and looking for a place to sleep off of i-70 that has a decent bar, this is the bar. Got a really great time there, they had Busch Light for $2.75.

I used to go into the B-Hive regularly when I lived in Colby 20 years ago. The place has not changed at all, no upgrades to the facility at all. Floors, ceilings and especially the bathrooms were very dirty. Food was awful. Hamburger patty was cooked to well down like a brick. Frozen French fries were not completely cooked, still cool. I had taken 2 clients in because I remember how amazing the burgers and fries were, not anymore! The waitress was very rude and not very hospitable being a waitress/bartender in a small town bar when they were not busy at all.
