This is a very unique store in that it offers both produce/ vitamins / supplements / frozen food and products you may not find elsewhere. The restaurant portion is also very tasty with nutritious and flavorful food. Sometimes there are big lines so plan appropriately. There is inside and outside seating. They will be expanding and taking over more floor space in the near future.

Great vibe, family and friends hanging out. This place is a cool & hip so it gets crowded pretty quickly. I tried Sunday brunch at 10:15 AM. The line was about 15 mins wait. By the time 10:35 AM rolls in , the line was hitting the door. This is a self service , ordering at the counter and someone will serve you food using table numbers.

I hate that I didn’t find this place sooner!

I got the citrus arugula salad and it honestly was one of the best salads I’ve ever had. There was just the right about of everything, and it tasted delicious. I was a little surprised by the price, but after eating it and even having enough for leftovers I was impressed.

***UPDATE BELOW ***I did a takeout order to celebrate a belated mother’s day with my mom. The order was entered wrong, so my mom’s food wasn’t right (literally ordered a pepperoni pizza, how can that be so difficult?), and me and my son’s burger buns were horrifically burnt and the burgers in general were lukewarm and dry as if they had sat under a heat lamp for a while. $50 for sub quality food is ridiculous, especially for 2 entrees and a kids meal.

I finally found the most phenomenal mocha latte! Velvety smooth, frothy, creamy and not acidic by no means. Served in a very large mug. The ultimate in coffee experience. But that’s just the half of it. The dishes are the very idea of comfort food. Rustic and wholesome recipes that put this place on the map. The “General Store” vibe feels the every bit of old Franklin, TN and yet has a modern flair to make one feel at home. Wine and Olive Oil selections are plentiful. Not uncommon to see folks working on laptops or enjoying a book. The restaurant seating is limited due to space. Outdoor seating available on nicer days. The kitchen is in full view of the patrons. One can see all the fresh vegetables and fruits used to make the fabulous dishes here. You owe it to yourself to ask for the mocha latte. My favorite. The breakfast tacos are also delicious.

This place is incredibly busy but incredibly efficient in bringing out tasty and well presented food to a steady stream of customers. They have an large selection of olive oils and vinegars (with tasting available) in addition to a small market to buy canned and jarred items as well as fresh vegetables and fresh and frozen meats.

I enjoyed the place itself. My turkey melt was pretty good but incredibly messy and kept falling apart, making it difficult to eat. The slaw wasn’t for me. Others with me had the chicken Caesar wrap and raved about it, and the steak tacos. Can’t wait to try more from the menu.

Amazing organic food, and such a unique environment. The salmon burger was fantastic and so was the potato salad. Very flavorful.

Other than losing my order and having to wait 55 minutes for my food, this place was nice. The food was excellent once I received it.
