This was our first time eating at 5 guys and will be our only time eating there! All of our burgers were cold and raw. To top of the horrible food there was hair in our French fries. When telling the service all the recommended was some new fries. Very disappointing I would not recommend eating at five guys in Washington PA.

Nothing like receiving that brown paper bag, half full of fries and weighted to please. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, one thing I asked for no mustard even printed on the ticket, and I still received a burger with mustard. It’s not enough to ruin my experience. I just need to look at my burger next time before I pull away. Love it when I see those grease spots on the bag. That means it’s magic inside.

For 2 adults 2 kids it was almost 60$ and none was meals. The bacon on the BLT was so hard my child couldn’t eat it without it hurting her teeth. The 1 burger we did have ketchup and mustard on was extremely messy. As if they put enough for 3 burgers on the one. Also mind you we did not get any drinks as even the cashier agreed that their machines make the drinks taste disgusting and even said it’s hard for them to clean properly. Added gross factor I didn’t even think of. If we go back it wouldn’t be unless we could splurge on little food for a lot of money. Oh and the women’s toilet kept flushing. As in after it was flushed it didn’t stop. Cashier stated that “it’s a known issue and that it wastes a lot of water but it doesn’t do it often.” Not sure why tye company hasn’t fixed this yet imo that’s a lot of water waste also as it kept going for the entire time it took to wash and dry hands. Could even hear it still going after we left the bathroom.

Ok first time. Not a bad burger and fries place. The decor could use some work seems like resting on past achievements is now a piece of wall art? Service was ok missing one item on my wife’s order. They did realize it but she still had to walk up and ask for it. The fries were done right and that was appreciated. Keep adding fries to the bag guys cause everyone knows bag fries are the best.
