My latest order(3rd time here) was okay. The first time was a pizza and I found that they made the pizza well and delicious but the second time it was just okay. Didn’t take a picture those times. I did the the 3rd time, in which I decided to try the sides instead of a pizza. The sides weren’t bad I suppose. The jalepeno popper rolls, chicken poppers, and garlic parmesan breadsticks. Popper rolls were good, chicken poppers seemed liked something I can just get at the freezer section in any grocery store, and the breadsticks were a little sad. The breadsticks were good enough but from what I received, it would be better off being called garlic breadsticks. It’s not bad at this location, just a bit inconsistent.

This place is unorganized! Female was on the phone taking an order for about 10 minutes while everyone stood in line to pick up online orders! Once she got off the phone, she started putting stickers on boxes!. No one else behind the counter would come and ask if we were there for pickup! We got lucky that one of the delivery drivers came back, and the first person in line asked if he could give him his order. Then he started passing everyone’s pizza out. Got home and realized one of my pizzas was wrong!!! SMH! WONT BE GOING BACK TO THIS PAPA JOHNS!!!

Received confirmation email of order at 7:56pm, with delivery time of 103-113 minutes. Did not get my pizza until 10:18pm (142 minutes). I had the order delivered to a hotel, and the delivery address was changed to my suite #, which caused my driver to go a few miles in the opposite direction, which added about 10 minutes to the delivery time.

It was long ago when we used to order from Papa John’s. I know why after this last order. Not enough pizza sauce, it was about 1.5 inches that had no sauce or ingredients. When I brought it to the cashier’s attention, she started to argue. No more Papa John’s for us.

I’ve ordered from here frequently. Most of the time, they get it right for the most part. I mean, I honestly don’t think I should be charged for sauce cups and NEVER get them. But, that’s here nor there. A dollar or two isn’t a big deal. Well, tonight, they didn’t do too well. My order was right but my pizza was legitimately stuck to the box. Okay, no big deal. I call it in. I talk to a lovely lady whom was too insignificant to remember her name. But,l proceeded to tell her the issue with my pizza, I get told “The pizza is stuck to the box!?!!!! Hmmm. That’s impressive”. She came off condescending and it really felt like she was calling me a liar. But, okay… here is the proof lol.
