This place is actually really good. So far the best quick stop I’ve had in Des Moines. The lady who helped us at the counter was very nice. Restaurant seemed clean. Great portions and the food was really good. I got yokisoba, my wife got the orange chicken and we shared an order of egg rolls. We will definitely be back.

The food here is always amazing. I enjoy coming here after work to just get a quick dinner, and I wish this was closer to my job because I’d probably eat here lunch too there’s a really sweet woman with glasses working the front who is very kind and wonderful to talk to. Prices are going up unfortunately but I doubt that will keep me away.

Favorite work lunch spot. It’s increasing in price, but so is everything unfortunately. I like the spicy chicken teriyaki because it’s more likely to have a bunch of crunchy bits. The chicken gets extra caramelized from the spicy teriyaki sauce and it makes for quite a meal. The rice seems to provide the soft side to the crunchy chicken. When I say crunchy, I mean it in a good way, I promise! It’s crunchy but tender. Truly my favorite teriyaki!

This is my my favorite teriyaki place, I first went here the day after Thanksgiving of 2019, delicious food, I would mostly get teriyaki combos, today is the first time I went here since March of 2020, unlike last time the orders were in to go boxes even when I was dining in, because of safety concerns, Food was delicious as always, I had the spicy chicken and pork combo. Cannot wait to be back!!!

A long time gem in the Des Moines, WA. Staff here are very friendly. Phone your to-go order if you are in a “rush”. Black tea, and water are complimentary while you wait. The lunch specials are offered M-F from 11am-2:30pm, always a deal!! Good food quality and flavor is great!
